e-lija does not offer any kind of exclusivity, neither by areas nor by products.
e-lija is there to give the best service to an extensive network of distributors from different sectors.
e-lija gives full freedom to its distributors to choose any supplier they want.
e-lija does not sell to the end customer.

Our brands

We work with excellent brands of abrasives, such as: Norton, Ekamant, Dynabrade, Deerfos, Imperial Abrasivi, Bravus, and more... and in the spirit of not interfering with the sales network of our suppliers, we import some of these products unbranded.

About orders

I would like to buy at e-lija. What do I have to do to place my first order?

To buy for the first time on the e-lija website you must log in or, if you have not yet registered, you must click on the “I want to be a distributor” button (at the top right of the main menu) or click here.

Once you have filled in all the fields in the form on the “I want to be a distributor” page, we will register you on our website within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your username and password so that you can start shopping at e-lija.

You will only have to do this process once. For the following purchases, you will only have to log in with your username and password.

What is the minimum purchase amount?

At e-lija, we do not ask for a minimum quantity or minimum purchase amount. We are aware of the needs of end users, especially small businesses.

This is why we immediately handle any order, no matter how small, and we adapt to your needs.

How should I place my orders?

You can place orders through our online shop, simply by logging in or, if you are a new customer, by registering, clicking here. You can also place your order by sending us an email to abrasivos@e-lija.com or by WhatsApp at (+34)656.864.697.

When you place your order, we will send you an email with the confirmation and the date the products will leave our premises.

From what amount will I get free shipping?

For shipments outside Spain, please check our conditions.

When will I receive my order?

At e-lija, we are committed to manufacturing and shipping made-to-measure products within a maximum of 48 hours, sending the other standard products within 24 hours.

When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation message including the expected shipping date.

In the same way, once the goods have been collected by our transport agency, we will inform you of the details of your shipment.

Can I send my transport agency to collect my order?

How can I pay for my orders?

If you are a new e-lija customer, you can pay for your orders by: Bank transfer in advance, Credit card payment and Bizum.

If you are already an e-lija customer, payment will be made by direct bank transfer.

What are the conditions of the material I need to test on my customers?

At e-lija, we offer the best price conditions and we do not require minimum purchase amounts. For this reason, an order for samples will be treated in the same way as a normal order.

Can orders be returned?

At e-lija, we accept returns of standard products, as long as they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

However, we will not accept returns of made-to-measure products.

How can I process a return?

Provided that the conditions of the previous point are met, we will accept returns within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Before returning the product, you must inform e-lija by emailing abrasivos@e-lija.com or by clicking here here, and e-lija will inform you of the steps to follow to process your return.

In which type of packaging will I receive the products?

At e-lija, all products are supplied in anonymous packaging and with personalised labels with your name, to boost your brand image.

Can e-lija send an order directly to my customer?

Yes, e-lija offers the “e-lija Direct” service. By simply providing us with your name and delivery address, we will send the order directly to your customer, completely anonymously and confidentially. It will include a dispatch note with your name on it, listing the order lines without detailing their declared value.

Of course, we will inform you when it leaves our facilities so that you are aware of the shipment.
